Using Toolbars

Not every Windows program uses a toolbar, but many do. A toolbar is a collection of buttons that represent commands. When you click a button, the associated command is executed.

Tip

In this lesson, you'll learn how to use the toolbars included with many Windows programs, such as Windows Explorer and My Computer. If you want to learn how to use the Windows 98 toolbars, see Lesson 2, "Navigating the Windows 98 Desktop."
