Printing from an Application

When you initiate a print command from within an application, the document is prepared and then passed to the print queue, where it waits in line behind any other documents you have already set to print. After the document is passed to the print queue, you can then continue working either in that same application or some other program. You don't have to wait as your document is being printed; the Windows print queue handles the entire process.

To print a document from within an application, follow these steps:
