Creating and Editing a Document

WordPad is a basic word processing program that you can use to create letters, memos, reports, and other documents. To create a document with WordPad, select Start | Programs | Accessories and then start typing. To create another new document later, click the New button on the toolbar, as shown in Figure 17.1.
