Working with Fonts

Windows 98 makes it easy to work with the fonts on your system. Using a special Fonts folder, you can view individual fonts, add new fonts, and remove fonts. Windows 98 gives you two main methods of getting to the Fonts folder:

  • In Explorer, highlight the Fonts subfolder of your main Windows 98 folder, as shown in Figure 20.5.

  • In Control Panel, open the Fonts icon to display the folder window shown in Figure 20.6.
