The Missing Manual series is a joint venture between Pogue Press (the dream team introduced on these pages) and O'Reilly & Associates (a dream publishing partner).

I'm grateful to all of them, and to AppleScript genius Bill Briggs for his help on Chapter 7; O'Reilly's Chris Stone for the two Unix chapters; Apple's Ken Bereskin, Mike Shebanek, and Anuj Nayar for their technical assistance; to Wacom's Burt Holmes; and Jennifer Barber, Chuck Brandstater, John Cacciatore, Stephanie English, and Danny Marcus for their proofreading smarts.
