To create a text note on a PDF

1.
In an open PDF, select the Text Annotation tool, as shown above.

2.
With that tool, press-and-drag anywhere on the page to create a box in which you can type a note. To resize a note, drag its bottom-right corner.

Double-click inside the note to start typing.

4.
To move a note, first unselect it by single-clicking anywhere else on the page. Then press inside the note and drag it.

5.
To delete a note, first unselect it by single-clicking anywhere else on the page, then single-click on the note. Hit Delete.
