Palm

The great news for PDA users is that you can move the information on your Palm to your Mac as easily as syncing the device on both machines—using the same USB cradle you already own. Just synchronize your Palm on the PC, move the cradle to the Mac, and sync there. That gets your information into Palm Desktop, which is already installed on the Mac.

If you want the information to land in Address Book and iCal—highly recommended—set up iSync on your Mac and then do a synchronization. You may have to download the iSync program from the Apple Web site, but setting it up is quite simple if you follow the onscreen directions. Also, iSync uses Palm’s HotSync software, which is already installed with Mac OS X.
