Format Menu

Not all programs have a Format menu, but many do. This is usually used to set the fonts, line spacing, and other formatting issues. Often there are different levels of formatting such as Font and Paragraph. Font usually refers to specific information about the style and size of type. Paragraph settings refer to the overall look and feel of the document such as line spacing, margins, etc. It's also common for programs to have rulers and other ways to adjust margins and page settings.

The Edit menu displays shortcut keys to the right of each command.
