Backup Power, Just in Case

If you live in an area where the power goes off a lot you may want to consider a battery backup system. Unlike a UPS, it can keep your computer running for at least 2 hours.

A battery backup system is not a generator. It doesn't require gasoline or other fuels, and the only noise is the hum of a small fan. Also, a generator must be outdoors, but this unit can be used inside an office or home, as well as outdoors.
