Reviewing Changes

When someone else has changed cells that have been set up for tracking changes, you can accept or reject those changes.

To review changes:

1.
From the Tools menu, choose Track Changes, and then choose Accept or Reject Changes.

2.
In the Select Changes to Accept or Reject dialog box, use the When, Who, and Where controls to specify which changes to review (Figure 16.25).

To fill in the Where box, you can drag through the relevant cells.

4.
Click OK.

5.
Click a cell that matches the criteria defined in step 2 to display the Accept or Reject Changes dialog box (Figure 16.26).

6.
In the Accept or Reject Changes dialog box, use the buttons (Accept, Reject, Accept All, Reject All) to exercise your choices.

7.
Click Close to finish.
