Tracking Changes

You can share Excel workbooks with others and automatically track the changes they make. This capability makes managerial review especially easy.

To track changes:

1.
From the Tools menu, choose Track Changes, and then choose Highlight Changes from the submenu.

In the Highlight Changes dialog box, use the selections to specify which changes to highlight (Figure 16.23).

To fill in the Where box, you can simply drag through the relevant cells.

4.
Click OK.
