Entering and Formatting the Text

After your message has been addressed, you can type a subject in the Subject box and add your text. The default editor is Outlook’s own, but you can also choose to create the text for the message in Word so you can use Word’s more advanced text features, such as the thesaurus.

To enter the text:

1.
Type a one-line subject in the Subject box.

2.
Press Tab to move the cursor to the message area.

3.
Type the body of the message (Figure 39.16).
