Starting and Addressing a Message

You can start a message from any Outlook e-mail folder, address the message to as many recipients as you want, and send copies to anyone whose e-mail address you have. You can also send a blind copy (hidden from other recipients) to someone.

To start a message:

  • In the Inbox or Outlook Today window (or any other e-mail folder), click the New button on the Standard toolbar (Figure 39.10).
