Finding Text in a Message

You can search messages for specific text, and you can specify the fields to be searched.

To find text:

1.
From the Tools menu, choose Find.

or

Click the Find button on the Standard toolbar (Figure 38.29).

In the Find Items pane that opens above the message list, type the word or words you’re searching for (Figure 38.30).

3.
Click Find Now.

Outlook lists the messages containing the search item.
