Printing a Message

You can print a selected message, regardless of whether it’s open. Outlook also enables you to customize the appearance of your message printouts.

To print a message:

1.
With the message open or selected, choose Print from the File menu.

or

Press Ctrl+P.

In the Print dialog box, choose a style and set the options you want (Figure 38.22).

To change a style, double-click it, make changes in the Page Setup dialog box, and click OK (Figure 38.23).

4.
Click OK to begin printing.
