Part V: Microsoft Access > Creating a Form

Chapter 32. Creating a Form

Forms enable you and others to enter and edit data in a table in a convenient way, and they can also provide helpful instructions.

When you create a form (Figures 32.1 32.3), you add objects called controls, which can be labels, text boxes, blanks, empty fields, check boxes, buttons, radio buttons, and several other types of graphical objects. The controls on a form are displayed when you are entering or editing a table using the form, and they are also printed when you print the form.
