Moving a Message to a Folder

When you receive messages that you want to keep, it’s good practice to file them in a folder named in a way that will help you locate them later.

To move a message to a folder:

1.
If the Folder list is not open, click the Inbox button and then click the push pin at the upper-right corner of the Folder list to keep it open (Figure 40.3).

2.
Drag a message header from the list of messages to a folder in the Folder list.
