Adding a Contact from an E-mail Message

You can add contacts from among your e-mail correspondents quickly and easily. You can fill in other information later if you want to.

To add a contact from an e-mail message:

1.
With the message open, right-click the name you want to add to your contacts list in the From, To, or Cc lines above the message text.

Choose Add to Contacts from the shortcut menu (Figure 41.8).

In the new Contact dialog box, the name and e-mail address are already filled in (Figure 41.9). You can ad further information now or later.

3.
Click the Save and Close button.
