Setting Contact Options

You can set options for how the names in your contacts list will be sorted and stored.

To set contact options:

1.
From the Tools menu, choose Options.

On the Preferences tab of the Options dialog box, click the Contact Options button (Figure 41.3).

In the Contact Options dialog box, choose the name and the filing order from the pull-down lists (Figure 41.4).

Click OK to return to the Options dialog box.

5.
Click OK when you have finished.
