Changing the Case of Text

Text case refers to whether the characters are all capital letters, all lowercase letters, or some combination of the two.

To change the case of text:

1.
Select the text to format

2.
Press Shift+F3 to toggle among the case options.

From the Format menu, choose Change Case (Figure 5.12). Select an option in the Change Case dialog box (Figure 5.13).

From the Format menu, choose Font. On the Font tab of the Font dialog box, check the Small Caps or All Caps check boxes. Click either one again to clear it (Figure 5.14).
