Changing the Font and Font Size

In addition to the standard fonts that come with Windows, you can also use fonts that are installed by Microsoft Office 2000 and others that you buy or download.

To change the font and font size

1.
Select the text to format (Figure 5.3).

Click the arrow button next to the Font list on the Formatting toolbar and select a font name from the drop-down list (Figure 5.4).

Click the arrow button next to the Font Size list on the Formatting toolbar and choose a different size.

or

Click the current font size on the Formatting toolbar and type a replacement (Figure 5.5).

From the Format menu, choose Font, and then, on the Font tab in the Font dialog box, select a font from the Font list and a font size from the Size list (Figure 5.6).
