Setting Up Multiple Columns

You can set the number of columns for each section of your document and adjust the spacing between the columns.

To set the number of columns:

1.
Click the Columns button on the Standard toolbar and then drag across the number of columns you want (Figure 6.16).

Adjust the column widths in the horizontal ruler.
