Moving Within a Sheet

To enter data in a cell, you must first move to the cell.

To move to a cell:

  • Click in the cell (Figure 11.4).

    Figure 11.4. Move the cell pointer to the cell in which to enter the data and then click.


    or

    Press the arrow keys to move the cell pointer to the cel.

    or

    Select the current cell addres in the Name box and replace it with the address of the cell to which you want to move (Figure 11.5).
