Adding a Logo to the Background

A logo can give a stock presentation that important made-to-order look. You can draw a logo, or you can insert a graphic file.

To add a logo to the background:

1.
From the View menu, choose Master, and then choose Slide Master from the submenu.

or

Hold down the Shift key as you click the Normal View button.

With PowerPoint’s drawing tools on the Drawing toolbar, modify the existing background graphic objects or add new objects.

or

From the Insert menu, choose Picture, and then choose From File from the submenu.

In the Insert Picture dialog box, locate the file to insert (Figure 25.16).

Click Insert.

5.
Position the logo on the slide master (Figure 25.17).

6.
To switch to another view, click Close Master View or click any view button.
