Starting an Organization Chart

PowerPoint includes a special program called Microsoft Organization Chart that helps you create organization charts.

To start an organization chart:

1.
Choose New Slide from the Formatting toolbar.

or

Press Ctrl+M.

2.
In the Slide Layout task pane, choose the Diagram layout (Figure 24.1).

3.
On the new slide, double-click the Diagram placeholder (Figure 24.2).

4.
Choose the Organization Chart icon in the Diagram Gallery dialog box (Figure 24.3).

5.
Click OK.
