Replacing the Sample Data on a Datasheet

Each chart begins with the same sample data placeholders. You can extend the rows and columns to suit your needs.

To replace the sample data:

1.
Click any cell in the Excel-like grid and type over its contents (Figure 22.5).

Select all the cells that contain data (a range) and begin typing new data in columns (Figure 22.6).

Press Enter after typing each new heading or number. If you select a range, when the cell pointer reaches the bot om of a column, it jumps to the top of the next column automatically.
