Choosing an AutoFormat for the Report

Rather than create your own format for a report, you can use one of the AutoFormats supplied with Access for a professional-looking design.

To choose an AutoFormat:

1.
With the report open in Design view, click the AutoFormat button on the Access toolbar (Figure 35.25).

In the AutoFormat dialog box, select a new format. You can apply all or only some attributes (Figure 35.26).

Click OK.
