Starting a Report Using an AutoReport

The quickest way to create a report is to use one of the AutoReports. You can then revise your report in Design view.

To create a columnar report:

1.
On the Reports tab of the Database window, click the New button (Figure 35.7).

In the New Report dialog box, select AutoReport: Columnar and select a table or query on which to base the report (Figure 35.8).

3.
Click OK.

The report is displayed in Print Preview (Figure 35.9).
