Revising the Page in Design View

As with all other objects in Access, you can revise the design of your data access page.

To revise a data access page in Design view:

1.
On the Pages tab of the Database window, select a page and click Design.

or

If the page is open in Page view, click the Design button on the Access toolbar (Figure 36.17).

2.
In Design view, move or resize the controls as needed.

3.
Double-click any control to change its properties (Figure 36.18).

4.
To add a field to the page, drag the field from the Field List dialog box to a page section or click the Add to Page button in the Field List dialog box.

5.
Use the toolbox to add or modify controls, just as you do when designing a form (Figure 36.19).

6.
Click Save to save the changes you’ve made to the design.
