Creating a Data Acces Page Using an AutoPage

An easy way to begin a data access page is to select the AutoPage: Columnar option and then revise the design in Design view.

To create a data access page using an AutoPage:

1.
On the Pages tab of the Database window, click the New button.

In the New Data Access Page dialog box, select AutoPage: Columnar and select a table or query on which to base the page (Figure 36.15).

Click OK.

The new data access page is displayed with the default theme (Figure 36.16).

4.
To save your data access page with the default name, click the Save button or choose Save from the File menu.

or

To save the page with a different name, choose Save As from the File menu and specify a new name.
