Creating and Saving a Data Access Page

You can start a data access page in Design view.

To create a data access page:

1.
In the Database window, click the Pages tab.

2.
Click the New but on on the Database window toolbar (Figure 36.3).

In the New Data Access Page dialog box, select Design View and select a table or query on which to base the page (Figure 36.4).

Click OK.

5.
Drag individual files from the Field List task pane or the table itself to the Data Access Page window (Figure 36.5).

If you select the table itself, you can add it as individual controls or as a PivotTable list.

6.
Use the toolbox to add elements to your page (Figure 36.6).
