Launching Internet Applications

There are two main ways to launch an Internet application in Mac OS 9.1:

  • Double-click a Desktop icon (Figure 46).

    Figure 46. You can open your e-mail and Web browser applications by double-clicking icons on the Desktop.

  • Double-click an application icon in the appropriate application's folder (Figure 47).

    Figure 47. You can find the Internet Explorer and Outlook Express folders inside the Applications (Mac OS 9) folder on your hard disk.
