Chapter 8. Printing > The Page Setup Dialog

The Page Setup Dialog

The Page Setup dialog lets you set page attributes prior to printing, including the printer the document should be formatted for, paper size, orientation, and scale.

To set Page Attributes

1.
Choose File > Page Setup (Figures 8a, 8b, and 8c) to display the Page Setup dialog sheet (Figure 9).

If necessary, choose Page Attributes from the settings pop-up menu (Figure 10).

If necessary, select the correct printer from the Format for pop-up menu (Figure 11).

Select a paper size from the Paper Size pop-up menu (Figure 12).

5.
Select an Orientation option by clicking it.

6.
Enter a scaling percentage in the Scale field.

7.
Click OK to save your settings and dismiss the Page Setup dialog.
