Launching Internet Applications

There are two main ways to launch an Internet application in Mac OS 9:

  • Double-click a Desktop icon (Figure 46).

    Figure 46. You can open your e-mail and Web browser applications by double-clicking icons on the Desktop.

  • Double-click an icon in the Internet folder (Figure 47).

    Figure 47. You can also launch Microsoft Outlook Express or Microsoft Internet Explorer by double-clicking icons in the Internet window.
