The Bus Structure In the bus structure, each NIC is connected directly to another NIC using coaxial cables, T-con- nectors, BNC ports, and all that other stuff I mentioned earlier. (Fig-ure 30.4 illustrates how this works.) As you can see, you run the cable from one T-connector to the next. Note that you can't form a "circle" by attaching a cable from the last NIC to the first NIC.
