Causes Word to print document properties on a separate page at the end of the document. 6. Field codes . Prints all field codes on a separate page at the end of the document if the document contains fields. 7. Comments . This causes Word to print all reviewer comments on a separate page at the end of the document if the document contains comments. The printed com- ments include page number headings indicating where each comment comes from. Reviewers' initials also appear in the printed document to indicate comment place- ment. Without this option selected, neither the comments nor the initials are prin- ted. 8. Print data only for forms . This causes Word to print only the data entered into a form without printing the fields and borders of the form itself. For more on this, see Chapter 15. 9. Default tray. Selects the default paper source to use when printing documents from Word. This setting overrides the paper source set using the Properties button on the Print dialog. 122 | Chapter 4:File
