Using the Job Description Feature

You can enter a narrative description for each job. This is an optional feature. There is no menu of standard descriptions from which you can choose, so you can create your own description for each job. Use this opportunity to enter a brief summary of the job for your later reference or for the reference of other users on your network.

Use the Job Description Feature

Select Customer:Job List from the Lists menu.

Double-click a job name.

Click the Job Info tab.

Enter a brief description or update an existing description. You are limited to 99 characters, including spaces.

Click OK.
