Customizing the Address Book Window

The default display settings in the Address Book window won't always show you what you need to see, so you might want to alter the display to make it easier to find information. You can do this in several ways: You can change the column headings and display different fields, or you can sort the records to group certain records together. You can also set a filter and specify what criteria must be met for a record to be displayed.

Selecting Which Columns to Display

By default, the address book window shows you the Display Name and Email Address fields for the entries. This information is helpful, but not very comprehensive. You can add columns to the address book window so you can see more information from the entries.
