Using Address Book Information in WordPerfect

The beauty of keeping your information in an address book is that you can use it in a document, envelope, or label, whenever you want. A single entry or a series of entries can be inserted in just a few steps. You'll start to see the advantages of maintaining your contact information electronically when you see how easily it can be inserted into your documents.

Keep in mind that you can store all kinds of information in an address book entry, not just name/address/city/state/ZIP. There are almost 50 different fields that can be filled in, including birthday, anniversary, business comments, resource type, and owner to name just a few.
