Using Experts and Macros 799 Troubleshooting Where Are the Rest of the Shipping Macros? I want to play the allfonts macro, but it doesn't appear in the list of macros. Where are the rest of the files? Some of the macro files might have been accidentally deleted, or you might be looking in the wrong folder. First, look in Settings to see where macros are stored in your system. Choose Tools, Settings, Files and then click the Merge/Macros tab. Jot down the location of the default macro folder. Now, choose Tools, Macro, Play and verify that you are looking in the same folder that was noted in Settings. If not, browse to that folder and look for the macros. If you still don't see them, do a repair install, which will copy the macro files onto your system. Choose Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs; then select WordPerfect Office 11 (or WordPerfect Office 12), and then choose Change. In the Program Maintenance window, choose Repair, and then click on Next. Click Next again, and then Install. I Made a Mistake While Recording a Macro In the middle of recording a macro, I realized that I'd made a mistake. What should I do? Relax, it isn't the end of the world--the mistake is easily fixed. In fact, you might be surprised to learn that WordPerfect doesn't even record some of your mistakes in the macro.
