Indenting Text

Indentation is often used to set quotations apart from the rest of the text. It also is used to emphasize text or to place a paragraph in a subordinate position beneath another paragraph. When you create a bulleted or numbered list, WordPerfect inserts an Indent command after the bullet or number so that the text you type isn't aligned under the bullet or number, but rather under the first word of the text.
