Working with Stationery

Stationery provides a template for your pages, such as a meeting stationery that already has places for the agenda, the attendees, and action items, or a patient encounter stationery following the SOAP format. OneNote offers a set of stationeries you can choose from, and you can easily add your own.

Create a New Page Using Stationery

Click the Format menu.

Click Stationery.

Click on the plus sign next to a category of stationery to expand the list.

Click on a stationery to use.

A new page will be created at the end of the current section based on the stationery you chose.
