Organize QuickBooks Transactions with a Daily Checklist

One way to keep track of when information was entered into QuickBooks and who made the entries is to require all QuickBooks users to fill out a checklist whenever they enter information. Keep all the checklists in a binder or file folder so you can refer to them when you need to trace the origin of a transaction.
