Setting Features Available on a Project Server

Project Server allows the administrator to control exactly which features of Project Web Access are available to users, on a global basis. To make changes to these settings or to view what features are currently enabled or disabled, complete the following steps:

1.
Select Admin, Server Configuration, and select the features that you want to make available to users in Project Web Access. You are presented with a grid of all the available options within Project Server. To turn off any of these options, select the Deny check box for that option.

2.
To turn off a particular set of common functions, select the Allow or Deny check box in the heading for that group, and all the choices within that group change.

3.
When you are finished, click the Save Changes button at the top of the page.
