Adding Spouse/Partner Accounts

After clicking the Accounts List button on the Money toolbar, click Set up accounts, and then click the Update personal information link.

Click the Track both my finances and my spouse's or partner's option.

Type your spouse's or partner's first and last name and click Next.

Select your goals or financial preferences by clicking in the desired check box(es) under each category. (Use the scrollbar to see all the options.) Then click Done.

INTRODUCTION

If you didn't combine your spouse's or partner's financial information with your own when you set up your Money file, it's not too late. You can do so at any time.


To add new accounts for your spouse or partner, click the Accounts List button on the Money toolbar, and click the Set up accounts link.

From the Set up your accounts in Money window, click the Add a new account link.

Follow the steps 3–8 in the task “Adding a New Account” earlier in this part for each account you are setting up.
