Assign a Macro to a Toolbar

Click the Tools menu, and then click Customize.

Click the Commands tab.

Click Macros in the Categories box.

Click the macro name, and drag it to the toolbar.

To remove a macro button, select the button and drag it off the toolbar.

Click Modify Selection, and then select a style and button image for your macro button.

Click Close.
