Keeping Text Together

As you create or revise a document, you never have to worry about running out of room. Word creates a new page for you as soon as you reach the bottom of the current page. This feature is so transparent that you probably don’t even stop to think about it. That is, until you preview the document and realize that you have headings and paragraphs separated by a page break. You can prevent this situation by identifying the text that should stay together when a page break is encountered.

To keep text from being separated by a page break, do the following:
