Setting Calendar Options

To set calendar options, select Tools, Options and go to the Preferences tab. The calendar options you can set include the default time before an appointment for reminders, the start and end times of your work day, the days of the week you work, and the background color for your calendar display.

Setting Reminder Preferences

Reminders for appointments and meetings are so important that their settings are right on the Preferences tab. Figure 7.17 shows the reminder settings.
