Working with Outlook Address Books

The distinction between an address book and a Contacts folder can be confusing because they both sound as though they should be the same thing. A Contacts folder can be used to provide entries for an address book, but you don't have to use a particular Contacts folder as an address book; that's your decision. Each Contacts folder has a setting that determines whether it is displayed as an address book. You will learn how to enable and disable showing a Contacts folder as an address book in this chapter.
