Scheduling Meetings

Meetings must be scheduled, and finding a time and date when everyone attending a meeting is free can be a lot of work. If you are the meeting organizer, you often have to e-mail or call every attendee repeatedly until a time and date are finally arranged, or you can use Outlook to make planning a meeting easier.

Outlook has built-in meeting planning features for setting up meeting rosters, checking attendees' schedules, issuing invitations, and tracking invitation responses. Events for more than one person are planned the same way meetings are planned.
